  The Capistrami!!!
  
  We have been going to Capriotti's for decades. In fact, one of the great things about a recent move back to Vegas was Capriotti's, and their capistrami sandwich -- their version of a Rueben. Pastrami, coleslaw, thousand island dressing on their deli roll. Nice brownies too!
  
  We love to call-in a to-go order when we are leaving the grocery store up the street. All sandwiches are made fresh, so it is just about ready when we get there.

  Foods always great but delivery order is always wrong.  I order once a week at least and the sandwich is wrong or the drink is wrong or they forget chips.  Supper frustrating because I love me some Capriotti's

  I visited recently, although I have been coming for years, I just haven't had time to post a review. I have visited various locations around town, but this location I tend frequent being that I'm always in the area! This last visit truly deserved a review, the staff was beyond helpful and polite, it made my visit quite pleasant! This location is always spotless as well! The Halloween decor gave it such a festive theme, I love when places do this, it makes me happy! :)
  
  The cheese steaks are my favorite, and my usual go to, then the Bobby! The menu is pretty good all around, love the fact that they offer soup, salads, and lunch combos! I will be back! Thanks for great service and delicious food!

  Always tasty, always well made, always fast. So much better than Subway, Portasubs, Firehouse, or Jimmy Johns.
  
  Better quality meats and more inventive sandwiches​ that are not just​ more fo the same tired faux deli options.
  
  We stop​ at Capriotti's​ frequently when we are in the area and the few other places​ that have them where we have lived. Quality can be a little inconsistent​ from location to location but the LV locations seem to do a good job quality and consistently​ good sandwiches​.
  
  We dont normally get soup but my wife wanted some as she was not feeling well, the chicken soup we tried was really good and we eneded up getting it again the next day.

  So..Capriotti's has coupons in the Sunday RJ.
  Hoping to order 2 small Bobbies using the buy one get one free coupon I am told by a very rude employee that I must order online. I sit down at a table and try to order online on my phone. The order won't go through. The rude woman at the counter says she can't help me with the order.
  I go home and try to place the order online, giving my name, email address, cell number and credit card number. The order won't go through. A window pops up telling me to call in my order. I call the same location. A woman answers the phone and puts me on hold.
  What's up Capriotti's?  You won't see em anytime soon. Extremely poor customer service!!!
